Importance of  Education in Islam
Islam gives stress on formal education.  For example in a battle about 70 prisoners of war caught by Muslims.. Prophet P.B.H. announce who can pay ransom he should be free and who cannot pay the ransom if he taught 10 Muslim children to read and write, he also should be given freeness

 Some miss concepts and right concepts
          The saying that "travel to China if you want to seek knowledge" is not saying of holy Prophet P.B.U.H. Its blame on Holy Prophet. China was the centre of Buddhism. How Muslim travel to China to seek knowledge.
And the saying of Holy Prophet " Learning is the duty of each Muslim man and woman" The correct meaning of that saying is that Where is ALLAH? What desire ALLAH from a Muslim? How to pray? and How to fast?
