What is language?
The language is a system of arbitrary vocal symbols which permit all people in a given culture or other people who have learnt the system of that culture, to communicate or to interact. Every language has its own ingredients which are helpful for a person when he speaks. These ingredients are arranged in the pattern so that there seems to be meaningful. Sounds are also given the sequence of words. These sounds are also meaningful because words are arranged by these sounds.
       Thus the language means.
1.     Every language operates within its own system
2.     Word order is an essential part of the language system.
3.     With the help of various organs and breath, the vocal is produced.
4.      Communication and interact mean to understand and speak.
